参数说明：

    RX ：接收光功率

    TX ：发送光功率

   Alarm thresholds ：  模块可正常工作的功率范围超出该范围就会报接收光功率低

    本案例RX功率 -18.6 表明接收光衰太大需要检查光纤溶解情况。
